Standing Seam Roofing is our bread & butter. There is no job too big or small. We also do some membrane roofing. Less commonly, we can do tile, slate, and other types of roofing.
Standing Seam Metal Roofing
Standing seam metal roofing is what we do the most of. These panels have clips and concealed fasteners, so there are no screws to replace later. We do commercial and residential standing seam roofs. We most commonly use 24 gauge galvalume for our standing seam roofs, but we can also do aluminum, copper, zinc, and other types. You can try out roof colors here.
Exposed Fastener Metal Roofing
Exposed fastener metal roofing is most commonly referred to as screw down roofing. It is typically a 3 foot wide panel. This is usually a 26 gauge or 29 gauge material. Unless the substrate is .75 inch plywood, there may be an issue down the road with the screws backing out and needing to be replaced. The screws also have a rubber washer, which can deteriorate over time. It can be an economical alternative to standing seam if you keep an eye on your fasteners and replace when needed.
Membrane Roofing
Membrane roofing includes EPDM, TPO, and PVC. These are used in flat roofing applications.
